All digital sales through Lyrical Press are final. The nature of electronic books makes it theoretically impossible to return a digital book. Lyrical Press cannot ensure the returned merchandise will no longer be used. Lyrical Press will not exhange or refund digital purchases. Due to the aforementioned nature of digital books, Lyrical Press does not offer exchanges on digital purchases.

Accessing Your Digital Purchase
After your order is placed through Lyrical Press, you will receive a zipped folder containing three formats of your digital purchase via email: .ePub, .mobi, and .pdf. Please save this link, as it is your only access o your digital purchase. Simply extract the files – saving it to an easily accessible place on your computer – and enjoy your ebook!
Technical Trouble
Although Lyrical Press will work to respond to emails and resolve your problem as quickly as possible, please allow for at least 48 hours during late night hours (using Eastern Standard Time) and hoildays.
Please note, Lyrical is not authorized to issue technical support for reading devices. We are only authorized to handle issues related to our store and products only. Should you require technically support or general help with a specific reading device, Lyrical advises our customers to contact that device’s support team.
